Ithink most games' maximum settings on pc should target near top of the line hardware and ~60fps. God damnit, it's another 'benchmark' app, basically. These are inaccurate to real gameplay performance like 80% of the time. The fluctuations in fps during a slow moving scene is leaving me a little worried.
